| 1st CORPORATE CHALLENGER CUP - Zion won | | Captain of Swan Motors called correctly and decided to bat on classy pitch at D- Fours Cricket Academy Ground. Ram Gopal and Pritam Sharma started off well and they shared 52 runs partnership in 8.1 ovres. Ram Gopal made run a ball 36 where as Pritam scored 29 runs from 25 balls. Surinder Dahiya 36 runs in 27 balls played some brilliant strokes and at one stage they were heeding for a big total, but both the batsman got run out and changed the complexion of the game. Rahul Hudda did the damage for Zion as he took 3 wickets by conceding 31 runs thu8s restricted Swan Motors to 151 in 23.2 overs.
Zion Express started their run chase badely as their opening batsman Monu Dagar played across the line to a rising delivery of Pradeep Sharma and was caught at short mid wicket for one. Yash Singh and Ankit Singh shared a stroke full 72 runs partnership in only 8.1 overs. Ankit Singh 31 runs, Yash Singh 35 runs and surinder Sharma 22 runs played good knocks where as Rahul Hudda remained not out on 32 runs and saw his team winning the match by 6 wickets off 19.1 overs.
For his all around performance (3wickets, 32 runs n.o , one run out) Rahul Hudda was adjudged Man of the Match.
